A line of our most exclusive key rings, made with the use of old jewelry methods. Raw brass castings melted in a traditional furnace are subjected to multi-stage, tedious and precise manual processing. We grind and polish our key rings until we obtain a perfectly smooth and shiny surface. Then we deeply engrave them according to the design. After careful control of the pattern made, the key rings are re-processed, giving them the final appearance by polishing them to a high gloss, or by giving them a "brushing" texture. When we obtain a satisfactory effect, the key rings are covered with a layer of 24-carat gold. Then the customer has a choice of two types of fasteners with a gold-plated circle - leather or gold-plated and precisely soldered.
Despite the repeatability of the castings made and their subsequent processing, each piece is different and has individual features created in the process of its production. The characteristic pits created in the process of manual sand casting give the key rings an individual and unique look. This can be compared to fingerprints or specific DNA code. Keeping in mind every detail, we pack the keyrings into beautiful wooden, varnished boxes, lined with red or black velvet. We make an engraving according to the design on the covers. The entire order is completed with an extremely elegant decorative paper bag, which can also be personalized with a dedicated print.
