Gold-plated cast key ring
Our most exclusive key ring, made in a traditional way by melting high-quality brass in a furnace and casting in a sand mold on the basis of a wooden model. The cooled down casting is subjected to several stages of manual processing - repeatedly sanded and polished to a high gloss, and then deeply engraved on one or both sides according to the customer's design.
The whole thing is covered with a layer of 24-carat gold. The key ring is connected to the key ring by a leather strap or a gold-plated metal connector.
The belt is made of natural vegetable-tanned cowhide leather, colored with anti-aging gel and impregnated with a special balm with beeswax. In the central part, the strap is hand sewn with a thick thread protecting it against tearing.
The gold-plated brass connector is soldered using the jewelery method, leaves no traces of joining, gives the whole unique elegance, and protects the pendant against disconnection.
Despite the relative repeatability of the castings made, each piece is different and has individual features, and minor pitting and imperfections resulting from manual casting and processing make it unique and one of a kind.
The surfaces of the pendant are made in "brushed" and "high-gloss" versions.
The ready-made keyrings are packed in beautiful wooden, lacquered boxes made of African pine, lined with red or black velvet, and the lid is engraved according to the order.
The final packaging is exclusive and elegant paper bags in black or red, with the possibility of individual printing.
